We apply a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@made4you.com; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color; otherwise, items must be returned and reordered. For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are issued after inspection and approval, generally within 10 business days, and are provided as store credit by default; refunds to the original payment method require prior notice and are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee, except in cases of manufacturer defects or errors. Only the final price paid will be refunded, and discount codes are non-refundable.
