SHIPPING COSTS:
All orders placed on our website are subject to a fixed shipping fee of €4.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé.

MISSING ITEM:

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We pride ourselves on our ability to process all orders quickly.
Most orders are processed in less than 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at komatsu22@hotmail.com.
Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential to contact us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
Once the order has been processed, no cancellation requests can be accepted.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly if any corrections are needed.
Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information, or for refused or undeliverable orders (e.g., inaccessible or incomplete addresses).
In some cases, packages may be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you, according to your preference, a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement shipment.
You will only be eligible for a refund or a replacement shipment once the package has been received by the sender.
